It's the 20th November 2007 and this is the first entry on our blog. Currently busy with some corporate coaching, in addition to planning the diary of events for next year!
As well as the lovely venues featured on the site currently, we are hoping that a venue for one day spa retreats will be coming on stream soon, and we will be adding these Spa days to our Creative Retreats offerings. It is a Miami beach style house built on the clifftop at Exmouth, and a full range of spa and beauty treatments will be available at this spectacular new venue. We will be offering whole body and therapeutic massage, reflexology, Indian head masage, manicures, pedicures, spray tanning and offering a range of make up and even hair stylists to come in and complete the effect at the end of a day of treatments. A gourmet lunch will be served as guests relax with an amazing view of Exmouth and Torbay!
Welcome to the first post of the new year on this blog!
Yes I know we're almost at the end of January, but for me lots of changes have happened this month, so I am only now really thinking of the work I'm planning to do this Spring! So in line with that train of thought and as 2008 is a Leap Year, I am holding a Leap Year Resolutions Workshop on the 29th February at a lovely new venue in Sidmouth, East Devon. The one day workshop includes refreshments, is hands on and energy packed so that participants will leave inspired to make all those changes necessary in order to achieve their Leap Year Goals!
Cost for the day is £45.00 (if you introduce a friend you will both receive a £10.00 discount!
